We want you to be completely satisfied with your Les Néréides jewelry; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all pieces are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their certificate of authenticity.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
